Update: I got in touch with some fantastic people at Best Park One of them was a gem of a guy we'll call him D...I emailed him my information and anything I could that would help him figure this incident out. He responded to me politely and in a timely manner and assured me that this citation would be dismissed. He did let me know that they were going to utilize it to attempt to improve the AI too which is great, because hopefully it will prevent further errors of this nature 🙌 I changed the rating on this review because of their response They earned it ❣️👍👍 I have never parked in any of these lots my entire life and I received a notice of non compliance in the mail dated for 7/2/2025 with a picture of a Subaru with a license plate very similar to mine however I drive a Ford Flex..there AI cameras can't tell the difference between an O and a D and now their threatening me a person who never used their services and will definitely NEVER use their services. They are saying my husband and I owe 70$ and I can prove with my drive safe and save tracking information that my car and my license is plate was never there. Not to mention the pictures on the notice are clearly a Subaru and that O is clearly not a D 🧐😳🧐. I have wasted far too many hours of my life on this issue and I want a resolution ASAP...
